BC65 Wireless Security Camera

The BC65 wireless security camera offers fantastic video quality, day & night, that can be viewed live via the Vicohome app on your mobile phone.  Once setup, within range of your router, you can view live video and watch recorded footage from anywhere you may be at the tap of your mobile phone screen.

Perfect for covering your driveway, front of your home, back garden, workplace parking, warehouse or pretty much any other location whereby a surveillance camera could be beneficial.  With no cables to run whatsoever, installation takes a minute or two and is just a case of downloading the app and then following the in app instructions.

Rechargeable batteries & charging:

This wireless camera uses two built in 4800mA rechargeable batteries, this means it is completely cable free and can run for weeks or even months before needing a recharge.  Recharging is simple, you just take the camera down from the magnetic bracket supplied and connect to a USB port using the cable supplied.

Infrared or White Light for Night Vision Video:

The BC65 has built in infrared for night vision video but it also offers you the ability to switch on "white light".  This acts a bit like a PIR sensor security light.  Once white light is switched on (automatically upon motion or manually) the camera will record in colour even in dark conditions.  Obviously the white light is not covert and will alert passers by of the camera but it can offer fantastic colour night time video and can also act as a deterrent too.

Vicohome app:

The Vicohome app is free to download and easy to use.  The manufacturers instruction manual explains the various features within the app.

Is this security camera weatherproof?

Yes, the BC65 Wireless Security Camera is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and has an  IP65 weatherproofing rating.

Will I need anything that is not supplied with the camera?

You will need a micro SD card and the wireless camera can take up to 128G cards.

How do I fix the camera in location?

It comes supplied with a magnetic mounting bracket and fixing screws.  This means it's really easy to take the camera down when you need to recharge the batteries.

How big is this security camera?

Dimensions are 72 x 63 x 97 (mm) approximately.

What lens does the camera use and what is the angle of view?

The BC65 wireless camera uses a wide angle 2.8mm lens that offers an angle of view of around 110 degrees.

Does the security camera have to be within range of my broadband router?
