If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Your refund will be made to the card used for the purchase and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Please contact us via the website contact us form to advise that you would like to return an item and your reason for doing so. We can then provide a returns form for you to print and send with the product.
We will refund, in full, any item returned (*returns terms for a GPS tracker differ slightly and are detailed below) unused within a 30 day period from purchase date. Item must be returned in “as new” condition with all original accessories and product box.
Non-faulty “change of mind” return costs are borne by the customer and a tracked and signed for shipping service should be used as we cannot refund any item that does not arrive back with us.
Batteries and SD cards that are no longer in their original and sealed packaging are non-refundable, unless faulty.
If a product has been supplied with a free pack of batteries then you will be charged at our current website retail price for the batteries if they have been removed from their sealed packaging. Please feel free to keep the batteries and use them in any other device you may have.
GPS Tracker Returns Terms:
In the unlikely event (our trackers are the best in the business and we’re sure you’ll be very happy with them!) that you would like to return a non faulty GPS tracker within the initial 30 day returns period , you will incur a charge of £24 for the first months’ tracking subscription.
A restocking fee of £20 will also be levied and deducted from your refund. This is to prevent the 30 day money back returns period being used as a free 1 month tracker hire facility.
So a total of £44 would be deducted from your refund as detailed above IF the tracker is returned in “brand new” condition and with all accessories originally supplied.
The customer will also be responsible for covering the cost to return the tracker.
