Do you Ship Internationally ?
Yes we do ship internationally! When an order is placed on our site and you enter your address, you’ll see the international shipping options and the site will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you.
Please be aware that you should also factor in any import duties, VAT, or other taxes when collecting / receiving your package.

How do I track my order ?
Should you need to track your order a Fedex or Post Office tracking reference will be made available on request.
Can I cancel or change my order ?
In the event that you no longer require the item you have ordered or you would like to change any particular item within your order, please contact us using the contact form or email email@example.com and we will do or best to change or cancel your order accordingly.
This, of course, may depend upon whether the item has already been shipped or not.
How do I return a product ?
Please Contact Us using the contact form or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of a product. A note of your name, address, email address and reason for return should always be included with the product and returns can then be sent to the following address:

Please be aware, there is no shop, stock or over the counter facility at this location.
Do you have a money back guarantee ?
Here at Pakatak Ltd we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on any purchase from us.
You must notify us that you would like to return your item within 7 days of purchase (via telephone or our contact us form) and you have 14 days from purchase date to return the item for a full refund of the product price (we do not refund the postage charges for any non faulty item returned).
Postage charges incurred returning the item to us will not be refunded under any circumstances.
A full refund will be applied within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Deductions may be made from your refund if all packaging and accessories are not returned in as new condition, so please ensure you pack everything carefully before shipping.
Please ensure you use a suitable “signed for” service with insurance to cover yourself for any loss in transit. We do not accept any liability for returns that do not reach us so please ensure you have proof of delivery (not just proof of posting).
How long will it take to get my package ?
All packages are shipped with either the Post Office or Fed Ex. Packages will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and in most cases UK mainland deliveries will be received within 1-3 business days.
What warranty period do you offer ?
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty, in the event that your product is no longer functional. Simply return your product to us for testing and a replacement unit will be supplied by return. In the event that we no longer stock your model we will supply a like for like product with your approval.
