Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we regularly ship products out of the UK and all over the world.  When an order is placed on our site and you enter your delivery address, you’ll see the international shipping options and the site will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you.

Please be aware that you should also factor in any import duties, VAT, or other taxes that your destination country may apply at customs.  We are not in control of this and any of the above fees would be the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser.

How do I track my order?

Should you need to track your order a DPD or Royal Mail tracking reference will be made available on request. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

In the event that you no longer require the item you have ordered or you would like to change any particular item within your order, please contact us using the live chat, contact us form or email alan@pakatak.co.uk and we will do or best to change or cancel your order accordingly.  If the item has not yet been sent then we can usually cancel the order immediately for you.

How do I return a product?

Please get in touch using the contact form or by email to alan@pakatak.co.uk to arrange the return of a product.  You will then be sent a returns form (via email) to print, fill out and send with your item.  You’ll also be given an RMA number.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Here at Pakatak Ltd we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee on any purchase from us.

You must notify us that you would like to return your item within 21 days of purchase (via our contact us form) and you have 30 days from purchase date to return the item for a full refund of the product price (we do not refund the postage charges for any non faulty item returned).

Postage charges incurred returning the item to us will not be refunded under any circumstances.

A full refund will be applied within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Deductions may be made from your refund if all packaging and accessories are not returned in as new condition, so please ensure you pack everything carefully before shipping.

Please ensure you use a suitable “signed for” service with insurance to cover yourself for any loss in transit. We do not accept any liability for returns that do not reach us so please ensure you have proof of delivery (not just proof of posting).

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or DPD. Orders will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and in most cases UK deliveries will be received within 1-2 working days.

What warranty period do you offer?

All products are covered by a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated on a product web page.  In the event that your product is no longer functional please let us know and you can then return your product to us for testing.  A replacement unit will be supplied if your original item is found to be faulty.  In the event that we no longer stock your model we will supply a like for like product with your approval.
