PIR Spy Camera with long battery life

This is the perfect covert camera system for the home or office.  Completely wireless, long running time, motion detection video recording with audio and all controlled and set up very easily via your mobile phone.

As you can see from the product images, this covert camera system is hidden inside a standard looking alarm PIR casing that you might find in the corner of any room around your home or workplace.  A sliding cover on the back of the PIR unit conceals the micro SD card slot, a mini USB input socket for charging or powering the camera, a reset button and the on/off switch.

Hidden camera with long battery life...

The motion detector PIR hidden camera system has a 4500mA rechargeable battery pack built in.  This battery offers a standby time of up to 1 year (manufacturer claim, not tested by us) although this will of course diminish rapidly when the camera is in use, either recording or when you are viewing live via the WiFi link and internet.

There's an approximately 10 hour charging time from a completely drained battery (via the USB cable and UK mains adaptor supplied).  When charging the red light will show, this light will go out once the battery is fully charged.

Connect to your router and view live video on your mobile device..

Position the camera within range of your broadband router, you can then link your PIR camera to that router which will enable you to view live video from your mobile phone from anywhere you may be worldwide (connection & signal strength dependent of course).  2.4GHz wireless compatible, not compatible with 5.8GHz routers.

The system uses the CamSC app for live video viewing, set up and controlling the camera.  The app is free to download on any apple or android mobile phone or tablet.

Wide angle lens..

The PIR camera use a 145 degrees, wide angle lens.  This is perfect for covering the vast majority of any room in the home or workplace.

Our PIR spy camera can be wall mounted and uses a wide angle lens.

Covert infrared for night vision..

This spy cam can record video day or night and even has some built in close range infrared for night vision recording.  Night vision range is approximately 2-3m in complete darkness and night vision video footage will be black & white.

What else do I need to use the PIR spy camera?

If you want to record then you'll need a micro SD card.  64G is the maximum capacity compatible with the PIR camera and so this is what we would recommend to give you the most recording space.  If you need a 64G micro SD card then we do stock them here - 64G Micro SD Card

What comes with the covert PIR camera system?

It's supplied with black mounting bracket, screws and raw plugs.  Also supplied are instructions for set up and a quick start guide.  The instruction sheets are written by me and give you a step by step wifi set up guide.  If you have any problems at all though, just get in touch with us via the web site live chat and we're happy to assist.
