D3N Wildlife Trail Camera Trap – 60fps, 4K Video, 16MP Images

The D3N wildlife trail camera trap offers some fantastic functionality including a 60fps video recording option.  It is very simple to use and is a robust and well built trail camera.  The 60fps video recording option is much faster than most wildlife trail cameras can offer and with the 16MP image quality also available it's hard to fault this unit.

Memory Card & Batteries..

It can hold up to a 256G SD card so more than enough memory space and we strongly recommend using only Panasonic Eneloop Pro 2500mA rechargeable batteries with this trail camera.  Using other lower quality, cheaper or less powerful batteries will likely cause the camera problems and you a headache trying to work out why!  The trail cam will run off 4 batteries but will last for longer using the full capacity of 8.

An SD card is required (not supplied) but we stock a range here if you don't already have one.

Infrared for Night Vision..

The powerful 42 built in infrared leds offer excellent night vision range and brightness and the D3N wildlife camera is available in the standard 850nm or the 940nm covert no glow infrared versions.  If you are not worried about, or not locating the camera in, a location that could be open to theft then the 850nm version will offer greater night vision brightness but the 940nm version is the one to go for if you do not want the camera to be spotted easily in dark conditions.

6 Image Burst Option..

For those wildlife camera enthusiasts that prefer to set their trail camera to take images rather than video the D3N offers a 6 image burst option, as well as the usual 1, 2 or 3 image options when triggered.

This wildlife camera offers all standard trail camera features and functionality but with the extras mentioned above plus the option to record video in relatively large clips lengths (up to 10 minutes) it is a really great camera choice for recording wildlife in your garden or local area.  It has a built in 2.4" LCD screen for easy set up via the menu system and the lens offers a 50 degrees angle of view.  The built in heat sensors will cover a maximum range of about 20m but this, as with all trail cameras, depends upon the size of the new subject (new heat signature) wandering into the sensor range.

All of your recorded video (with audio) and images can be time and date stamped and the camera has 2 timers for setting it to only record during set times of day or night.  There is also the usual trail camera time lapse function which allows you to instruct the camera to record a video clip or take a photo at set time periods regardless of whether there is any action taking place at that time - this can be  a fantastic feature for monitoring the growth of plants through the spring or the build of a house etc.

With the D3N you can also enter the longitude and latitude coordinates so that when reviewing an image/video at a later date you'll know exactly the location of the camera.  A great feature for wildlife surveillance / monitoring.

The trail camera comes with a mounting strap and also has a standard tripod fitting if you wanted to use one of our trail camera ground spikes for easy positioning.
