East Renfrewshire robbery suspects on CCTV

Police are looking for two men caught on CCTV in the East Renfrewshire area.  The men are wanted in connection with a number of robberies across East Renfrewshire. Police believe the same men are involved in four attempted robberies from 14th April – these raids were on Victoria Wine outlets in Giffnock and Newton Mearns. Full BBC story here.

CCTV camera images of 3 men have been released by the Surrey police after an attack on a man in the Priory pub in Bell Street, Reigate. The victim was left with severe head injuries after the unprovoked attack. Chip shop robbery, CCTV images released.

CCTV camera images of two men who robbed a chip shop in North Tyneside have been released in the hope that they will be identified. The robbery took place on the 10th April 09 and the men were wearing disposable overalls and balaclavas.  Staff were threatened and the perpetrators appeared to be carrying hammers at the Shire Chippy in Shiremoor. NHS to trial CCTV cameras in A&E departments

CCTV cameras are to be installed in four accident & emergency units in Wales in a bid to help curb violent behaviour and verbal abuse against staff. Renfrewshire police to use body worn cameras

In Renfrewshire, both police and council wardens are going to be using body worn cameras.  The surveillance cameras will be worn to help in the battle against anti social behaviour.
